Videoconferencing can be performed on the platform of your choice.

CDC guidelines are strictly enforced for all necessary in-person interactions.

​

Incoming mail, samples and merchandise are handled in a separate area, using gloves and a facemask.

Outgoing mail, samples and merchandise are handled with new and clean gloves, using a facemask, and protected in new, clean packaging material.

Reupholstery: Sidewalk pick up and delivery are available for upholstery items that can be handled by 1 man only.

Window Treatments: we can price and design your custom window treatments, and place fabric orders so everything is ready to start work once it is safe for us to come in to your home and take the final measurements.

Fabric and merchandise orders: With a few exceptions, we can place such orders as usual. Please expect lead times to be longer than usual. We thank you for your understanding.
